Pla-téo is a Spanish owned catering business, specialising in Authentic Spanish Street Food, learnt from the heart of a family kitchen in Madrid. Spanish cuisine is all about socialising and enjoying food at the same time.
Sarita, as a proud Spaniard, aims to share authentic Spanish flavours and experiences with dishes that she grew up with.
Getting inspiration from her dad's cooking, who taught Sarita to be proud of her culture and to cook with love. That is her goal with each event.
